Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process for our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage the billing process for warehouse operations, including data entry, invoicing, and tracking payments

• - Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers, including resolving any billing discrepancies or issues

• - Maintain accurate records of billing transactions, including invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts

• - Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods and services

• - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• - Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• - Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager

Requirements:

• - 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounting role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment

• - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred

• - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies

• - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• - Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
