Hello,
We are hiring for CA positions at one of the big MNC companies in the Ahmedabad location. The company provides Transportation and food.
Location- Sanand (Ahmedabad)
Experience- 4+ Years ( Post Qualification) Excluding Article ship
Salary - Up to 15LPA
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
o Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective delegation and performance.
o Mentor and develop team members to enhance departmental efficiency.
2. Accounting and Financial Management
o Oversee and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
o Monitor cash flow and implement cost-control measures.
3. Taxation and Compliance
o Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
o Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and implement them as required.
4. Audit and Reporting
o Plan and manage statutory, internal, and financial audits.
o Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and external
stakeholders.
5. Banking and Treasury
o Manage banking operations, including fund flow, reconciliations, and financial arrangements.
o Negotiate with financial institutions for loans, investments, and other banking services.
6. Departmental Coordination
o Act as the single point of contact for all finance-related activities within the company.
o Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing finance and accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of taxation, financial compliance, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
8+ years in a managerial finance role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
