· Handle a high volume of daily calls (100+), including both inbound and outbound communications.
· Achieve targets related to membership fees charged to participants for online auctions.
· Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Should be able to Communicate with participants in English at an intermediate level (if required).
· Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Intermediate-level Hindi & English communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn.
