Credit Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team at Infokey System Private Limited in Delhi, located at Burari. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Must Be From Transport and logistics Background

• Credit Assessment and Management:

  • Reviewing customer payment histories and credit limits to make recommendations for credit applications. 

  • Establishing and enforcing credit policies and procedures. 

  • Assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. 

• Invoice Management:

  • Generating and sending invoices to customers. 

  • Monitoring and tracking outstanding invoices. 

  • Reconciling customer accounts. 

• Collection and Debt Recovery:

  • Following up on overdue payments. 

  • Negotiating payment plans with customers. 

  • Developing and implementing collection strategies. 

  • Collaborating with external debt collection agencies when necessary. 

• Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment issues. 

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories. 

  • Preparing reports on outstanding balances and collection performance. 

  • Analyzing data to identify trends and improve credit control processes. 

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduate and 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Candidates must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
