Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our Accounts team. You’ll be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software

• Maintain and update financial records

• Assist with reconciliations and reports

• Ensure data accuracy and handle documentation

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial terms

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/SAP)

• Strong attention to detail

• Prior data entry experience (preferred)
