Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Job Title: ERP Data Entry Operator
Location: PUNE
Job Type: Full-time / Project based
Job Responsibilities:
knowledge of basic accounting debit credit ledgers trial balance
Enter and update data accurately into the ERP system.
manage POs GRNs invoice receipts and journal entries
reconcile and verify data for completensess
support reporting and documentation during the ERP TRANSITION
Ensure timely and error-free data entry related to inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and other records.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and processing.

Identify and rectify discrepancies in data entry.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

Assist in ERP system troubleshooting and support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
B.COM M.COM BBA

1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an ERP environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.

Knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
