We are a high-end kitchen and wardrobe cabinetry manufacturing company dedicated to delivering
exceptional quality and innovative solutions. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Finance &
Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, manage procurement, and contribute to HR functions
to ensure smooth organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Management:
• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow
management, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial strategies to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and tax regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Manage financial records and transactions using Zoho Books and Tally ERP, ensuring accurate and
efficient processing.
Purchases & Procurement:
• Manage and streamline procurement processes for raw materials, hardware, and other supplies
critical to cabinetry manufacturing.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality for materials.
• Establish vendor evaluation criteria and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Collaborate with the production team to forecast material requirements and minimize waste.
Human Resources:
• Oversee HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee
engagement.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Ensure statutory HR compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and maintain employee records.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance team performance.
General Operations:
• Coordinate between finance, procurement, and HR to ensure smooth operations across
departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: M.Com, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
(CA/ICWA/CS preferred).
• Experience: 10–12 years in finance, with exposure to procurement and HR functions.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP, along with other financial tools.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nature of the Job: Full-time, WFO (All 6 days)
Working Days: Monday-Saturday, fixed regular shifts
