Junior Accountant

Job Description :

As a Junior Accountant, you will provide essential support to the finance and accounting department of our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various financial tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and also to contribute to Sales for the Support. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting - Assist with the recording and analysis of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and policies.

• Financial Reporting and Analysis - Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable - Help with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

• Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Compliance and Audit Support - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Systems and Software - Utilize accounting software and tools to perform financial tasks efficiently.

• Sales Support

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho Preferably ).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good understanding of MS Excel and other relevant MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
