1 To generate the Invoice, e way bill, packing list etc. and send to party 2 To dispatch goods and maintain stock 3 To Call customer for pending payment & regular follow up etc 4 To Filing all documents on related file. 5 To Maintain tender related documents 6 To computer related work like warranty card, authorized dealer letter issue, etc 7 To upgrade own self on sales and technical process 8 Make Sales order daily base 9 Make purchase order as per requirement 10 Make Production voucher issue and assure full fill all work like wt, qty packing etc 11 Make Salary slip with manage attendance 12 Make goods recived voucher with chk all purchased item 13 To pass every purchase, sale, exp. Voucher, from authorized person
