Junior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to oversee all financial operations, including managing payments, tracking expenses, handling bank deposits, and preparing budgets for [Transport and Logistics] in Gurgaon at MG Road. The role involves Sales/Purchase entries, General accounting, and Book keeping.

• Record daily financial entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.

• Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable.

• Help with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Support with internal and external audits.

• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting activities.

• Coordinate with logistics operations team to ensure accuracy in billing and transport-related costs.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate & 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance are perfect for this role. Besides, they must have proficiency in tools like QuickBooks and MS Excel.
