Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts.
Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation statements.
Handle data entry in accounting software (like Tally, Zoho, etc.).
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on applicable transactions.
File monthly/quarterly TDS returns and generate Form 16/16A.
Manage GST compliance including input and output GST entries.
File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST returns.
Reconcile GST input credit with GSTR-2A/2B and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for invoice clarifications and payments.
Support internal and external audits with necessary documents.
Maintain proper documentation of tax and financial records for compliance.
Assist senior accountants in finalization of accounts and tax planning.
