Urgently require Male Accountant for a Infrastructure company in Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibility :

TDS

� Preparing monthly liability workings and processing payments after receiving confirmation from the HOD.

� Checking TDS workings and filing TDS returns for JMMIPL and other entities.

� Filing revised returns and resolving default notices.

Finance

� Compiling and submitting all necessary documentation to banks and NBFCs to facilitate the loan sanction process.

� Comparing the interest rates offered by different financial institutions and, upon confirmation, finalize the loan availment process.

� Resolving CIBIL reports queries of JMMIPL and Directors.

� Review the monthly EMI sheet and process for payment.

� Follow up of NOCs from RTO for HYP removal, ROC for charge satisfaction, and insurance companies for endorsement.

Assets

� Verification of all assets with the respective person and cross-checking with Tally to confirm their availability.

� Checking of additions to fixed assets and depreciation booked in Tally.

� Documentation regarding the sale of assets and booking of profit & loss in the system.

Insurance

� Preparation of Monthly Insurance Renewal comparison sheet and process of payment.

� Handling Vehicle Insurance, CPM Insurance and CAR & WC Insurance.

Audit Work

� Current Maturities Working.

� Prepaid Insurance Working.

� Resolving Auditors Queries.

� Any other work given by HOD.
