1. Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts in accordance with the requirements of Revised Schedule VI of Companies Act, 2013 including consolidated financials.

2. Preparation of Auditors Report in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

3. Preparing the Debtors outstanding report of HO and its Branches and take the follow up for payment with salesperson.

4. Ledger Scrutiny

5. Verification of Export documentation

6. Preparing the details required for Bank Inspection audit for OD facility

7. Verifying the Cenvat Credit of GST Return

8. Preparing and finalizing the details required by GST Audit

9. Preparation & finalizing the details for assessment raised by the Income, Sales & GST Department at group level.

10. Preparation & Filing of CS Compliance form (i.e. AOC4, MGT7, MGT7A and ADT1) on due dates.
