We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team at HGS machines Private Limited in Greater Noida , Site C, Surajpur . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and hands-on experience with Tally software, which is a key requirement for this position.

While warehouse responsibilities are part of the job, Tally operation is the primary focus—we're specifically looking for someone who has worked as a Tally Operator or in a similar role with deep familiarity in managing stock, inventory, and data through Tally.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Use Tally software to manage inventory entries, generate reports, and track stock movements.

• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory audits.

• Receive, label, and dispatch goods with proper documentation.

• Train team members on stock handling and material movement processes.

• Support day-to-day warehouse functions including packing, storing, and quality checks.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience with Tally software (this is essential).

• Candidates with 6month and 2 years of experience in Tally-related roles (e.g., Tally Operator, Inventory Executive).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks when required.

• Familiarity with basic warehouse and stock management procedures.
