Job Description for ERP Support-

Provide support over in-bound calls with Installation and configuration of Software
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Exposure working for an IT Products under remote service desk
Provide support to customers via phone, email and/or remote access
Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
Follow Implementation cycle and maintaining the TAT to handover the account to customer success
