Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and have basic knowledge of Photoshop. In addition, a strong understanding of corporation plans, civil engineering principles, and the ability to handle client interactions, materials, and work agencies are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create architectural designs and plans, ensuring compliance with all regulations and client requirements.
Proficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic Photoshop for drafting and visualization.
Review and interpret corporation plans to ensure that designs align with local building codes and regulations.
Apply technical knowledge in civil engineering to design solutions that are structurally sound and feasible.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.
Manage and coordinate material selection, sourcing, and procurement.
Oversee work agencies and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Knowledge of corporation plans and local building codes.
Technically sound background in civil engineering.
Ability to handle client communication, material procurement, and coordination with work agencies.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
