Key Responsibilities:
Design and Drafting:
Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Provide support in tracking project progress and maintaining reports.
Documentation and Reporting:

Manage project-related documentation, including technical reports, plans, and correspondence.
Develop presentations and summaries for project reviews.
Communication and Collaboration:

Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project requirements.
Provide technical input and resolve project-related queries.
Office Support:

Assist in maintaining organized project files and supporting administrative tasks.
Contribute to the smooth operation of office-related processes.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
