Understand project material requirements based on BOQ and drawings.

Source, negotiate, and procure materials such as wood, laminates, veneers, hardware, paints, lighting, and decor elements.

Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers and maintain strong professional relationships with them.

Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and timelines.

Compare quotations and finalize vendors with proper documentation.

Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials at site or warehouse.

Coordinate with the site team, project managers, and accounts department for inventory and billing-related matters.

Maintain purchase records and inventory logs accurately.

Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries or replacements.
