Job Description:

STUDIO RESET is looking for a Site Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in handling
interior site projects. The candidate should be skilled in reading and interpreting drawings
and managing on-site execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects.
● Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
● Ensure timely execution of work as per project plans and quality standards.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and laborers for smooth workflow.
● Monitor material usage and report any discrepancies.
● Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
● Maintain site reports, schedules, and progress updates.

Key Requirements:

● Experience: 3-5 years in site supervision for interior projects.
● Technical Skills: Must be proficient in reading interior and architectural drawings.
● Must-have: Own vehicle for site visits.
● Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
