Site Supervisor/Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate measurements of construction sites to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractor work, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blue prints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Site Supervisor Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a site supervision
• The ability to analyze blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
