Retail Project & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end retail store projects (setup, renovation, new openings).
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and control project costs.
Work with design teams to optimize store layout for customer experience.
Business Development:
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Negotiate contracts for new store locations and partnerships.
Drive sales growth and align business goals with marketing strategies.
Enhance brand visibility through business development initiatives.
Monitor sales data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in project management & business development (retail experience preferred).
Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of retail trends and market dynamics in India.
Financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
