We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Operations Manager to join our team for HRH Next Services in Hyderabad at our Abids location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹40000 - ₹50000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Help identify and resolve operational issues.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Staff Management:
Assist in managing and developing staff.
May be involved in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Address staff needs and concerns.
Project Management:
Assist in planning and executing projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaise between different departments and teams.
Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
Implement process improvement initiatives.
Other Duties:
May be involved in budget management.
Assist with data analysis and reporting.
Provide support to customers and clients.
Maintain records and documents.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Operations AM role and should be proficient in Hindi, Telugu. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
