We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team at Finishing Pointe in Secunderabad, located at 2nd Floor, GYR Plaza, Bapubagh Colony, PG Road, Secunderabad-500003. The role involves running errands, managing physical and digital records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Run errands, including depositing cheques, picking up deliveries, sending couriers, submitting bills, and collecting cheques.
Organize and maintain physical office documents for easy access and retrieval.
Assist with filing and document management for smooth office operations.
Support various administrative tasks when needed, including office-related errands.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess an intermediate to graduate level qualification.
A two-wheeler bike and valid driving license are required.
0-2 years of experience in office assistance or similar roles.
Proficient in basic administrative tasks and organization.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Open to working Monday to Saturday during the 9:30 AM to 06:30 PM shift.
Must be able to work independently and manage errands efficiently.
