• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.

• Manage office supplies and place orders as required.

• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Provide general administrative support to faculty and student.

• Assist in the daily operations of the institution office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.  

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Experience in a institutional setting is a plus.
