Job description
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. Sales Coordinators are in charge of supporting to achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordinator will be responsible for fixing appointments for the sales team and creating the visit schedule. This will ensure a more streamlined approach and better coordination for customer visits.
2. Send the stock list to them every week via email. Follow up accordingly.
3. Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
4. Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as requested.
5. Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
6. Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
7. Prepare proforma invoices based on sales team and client requirements.
Must Have
computer skills (MS Office/•Excel)
communication skills- English , Hindi, Gujrathi
