Position : Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Handling data entry, record maintenance, and report generation using advanced Excel
Managing inventory records, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
Preparing and responding to emails, drafting official documents, and maintaining proper documentation.
Assisting in administrative tasks such as invoice processing, order tracking, and internal coordination.
Generating MIS reports and analyzing data to support management decisions.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Excel
Strong English writing skills for official communication and documentation.
BSc (Mandatory), preferably in Chemistry.
Experience in a back-office role in a chemical or related industry is an advantage.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
