Back Office Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Advanced Excel and capable of handling data analysis, reporting, and management information system (MIS) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, etc.).

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights for business decision-making.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Automate reports and data visualization to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different platforms.

• Coordinate with different departments to streamline reporting processes.

• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

• Maintain database integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies in reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, etc.).

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or VBA is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
