Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update product availability regularly to ensure accurate listings. Flag low-stock items and collaborate with the procurement team for restocking.
Product Categorization: Ensure all products are properly categorized, tagged, and have appropriate metadata for easy search and navigation on e-commerce platforms or internal databases.
Quality Control: Review product listings for any errors or inconsistencies in product details, descriptions, and images. Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines.
Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data and collaborate with the sales or marketing teams to optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure product listings are up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Order Management Support: Assist with processing orders, verifying customer details, and updating the system with order statuses as needed.
Customer Service Support: Address customer queries related to product listings, availability, or order processing (if needed).
Report Generation: Generate regular reports on product listings, stock levels, and performance metrics for management.
