Back Office Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing software, handling internal communication, and performing essential back-office duties to ensure the smooth operation of our education platform.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform all administrative tasks related to back-office operations.
 Handle internal software for back-office tasks (training will be provided).  Manage and set up emails as per internal requirements.
 Share posts and updates on internal platforms.  Upload videos to YouTube and manage content on Telegram.
 Organize and schedule Google Meet sessions, create meetings, and manage schedules.
 Communicate with interview candidates and schedule interviews.
 Manage reporting using Excel sheets and Google Drive, ensuring data is organized and updated.
 Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.  Reporting to the designated supervisor for back-office tasks.
 Highlight and prioritize important back-office work for smooth operations.
