Post: Back Office Executive Gender: Male Age: 20 to 30 years Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM Languages Required: English, Hindi, Gujarati Experience: Previous experience in back office roles Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (subject to the interview performance)Location: Sindhu bhavan, Ahmedabad Education: Any graduate Skills: Creative thinking Teamwork Hardworking knowledge of MS Office and Basic Tally Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude for delivering engaging presentations Roles & Responsibilities: Creating challans Maintaining stock records in Tally and Excel Payment follow-up Coordination with manufacturers Delivery tracking of goods Quality Control (QC) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) report checks and follow-upsPurchase invoice checks and follow-upsGenerating Purchase Orders (PO)Ensuring goods match challansVerifying packaging, invoices, delivery addresses, GST, PAN, etc., with buyersMaintaining clients' details and overall data
