• Able to handle customer query and give resolution
• Should have knowledge of data handling in Excel
• Should have knowledge to make report and mail to the customers
• Accurate and able to produce quality work
• Quality written and verbal communication skills
• Should have basic knowledge of call handling and building relationship with customers maintain data.
