We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational teams. This role involves key responsibilities in maintaining records, data entry, and inter-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry of registers into soft copy format.
Coordination with various departments internally.
Follow-up with vendors and clients as required.
Maintaining and updating records and documents.
Scheduling and organizing meetings.
Preparing and documenting minutes for meetings.
Performing any other related tasks as assigned.
