We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- •Data Management:•
- Enter data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents as required
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions
- •Administrative Support:•
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team and other departments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- •Compliance and Procedures:•
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures
- •Communication and Customer Service:•
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with employees, management, and external parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support for customer-facing activities, such as events and meetings
- •Office Administration:•
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and technology
- Provide support for office moves, renovations, and other projects as required
- •Financial and Accounting:•
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or back office role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
