The role offers ₹16000 - ₹18000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
