This role focuses on securing competitive fares, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing group travel solutions. Key Responsibilities: Secure and manage competitive group fares with airlines for B2B clients. Serve as the primary contact for group fare inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.Monitor market trends and suggest pricing strategies to stay competitive.Coordinate group bookings, handle contracts, and ensure accurate invoicing.Resolve any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes.Collaborate with internal teams and report on booking trends and performance.Job Requirements:Education: Graduate (No pursuing candidates).Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and computer usage.Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.
