As a professional in telecalling, you will be generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and reaching sales targets. We are seeking a candidate with a proven telecalling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Initiating cold calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
– Meeting sales objectives by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our products to potential customers.
– Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster long-term connections.
– Keeping abreast of product information, pricing, and promotions to provide precise details to customers.
– Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
