  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate with internal teams and external clients or stakeholders regarding document verification processes and outcomes. 

    • Report any discrepancies or issues found during document verification to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Compliance and Security:

    • Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to document verification. 

    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information contained in documents.
