JOB Role – RECOVERY EXECUTIVE

Experience: 1+ Year in recovery/ collection process

Salary: 20k - 22k a month

Work Location: Sector 62, Noida

Working days & timings: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6:30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Executive to oversee our collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies and processes.

• Monitor and analyze recovery performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Handle complex recovery cases and liaise with legal teams when necessary.

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members if needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the collection/recovery process.

• Good English communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office
