Key duties include maintaining databases, handling email communications, organizing files, assisting in invoice and documentation processes, and supporting the sales and operations teams with backend tasks. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, along with good typing speed and accuracy, is essential. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A graduate degree in Science & Commercial discipline is required, and prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. This is a full-time role with working hours from [(9:00 AM to 6:30 PM], offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
