Job Description:1. Monitoring The Robotic Machines.2. Assisting Robot Fleet Managers.3. Maintaining The Daily Robot Data, Logs, Reports Etc.4. Providing Calling Support To Service Engineers

Skills Required:MS-Word, Google Sheets, MS Paint, MS Powerpoint

Other Requirements:1. Should Have Basic Computer Skills (Typing, Excel, Microsoft Word)2. Should Have Good Communication And Verbal Skills (English, Hindi)3. Should Have A Typing Speed Of 30 Words Per Minute4. Should Take End-To-End Ownership And Accountability Of Customer Issues For Resolution5. Should Not Hesitate In Seeking Help, Probing, And Going The Extra Mile To Solve Customer Issues.
