Job Title: Back Office Executive – Payment Collection Company: Krishna Laminates Location: Goregaon East Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Krishna Laminates is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle payment follow-ups and collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, following up on pending payments, and ensuring timely collections through calls and emails.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone and email for payment follow-ups.Maintain and update records of pending and received payments.Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to resolve payment-related queries.Prepare daily reports on collection status and outstanding payments.Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize overdue payments.Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payment terms.Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.Requirements:Proven experience in a back-office or payment collection role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
