Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate
appointments.
o Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and other forms of
communication on behalf of the MD.
o Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and
reports.
o Screen calls, respond to inquiries, and manage communication flow to the MD.
o Manage Sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
