JOB Role – CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Experience: 1+ Year in calling/ customer service role
Salary: 20k - 22k a month
Work Location: Sector 62, Noida
Working days & timings: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6:30pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused customer relations executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in calling/ customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Customer Interaction: Call customers who have applied for loans on our website.

·       Document Collection: Collect necessary documents such as PAN, Aadhar, salary slips, and bank statements.

·       Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan products and services to customers over the phone.

·       Coordination: Work closely with field representatives to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Qualifications:

·       1+ year exp. in customer service or similar role.

·       Good verbal and written communication in English.

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

·       Strong organizational skills.
