• Cash & Bank Operations - ensure processes in place & working, Bank deposits, transfers, withdrawals, A/R’s, Coordinate admin, related work of bank, Maintain cordial relationships with bank, Expenses & Claim management

• Branch Administration - Housekeeping, Office administration & Infrastructure maintenance, Ongoing repairs & maintenance, Branch start/ closing, Attendance, Leave management process, on boarding. Recruitment of Visibility Captains, Delivery staff & Helpers, Handling recruiting admin.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience, proficient in Data Entry/Back Office, team handling and should have Graduate. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
