Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Back Office Team Leader to manage and supervise our back-office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, managing a team of back-office staff, and supporting process improvement initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the back office team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Monitor and manage day-to-day operations including data entry, documentation, and record management.Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and professional standards.Maintain and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in related field.Proven experience in a back office or administrative leadership role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
