Job Title: Office Assistant with Tele calling

• Base Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹14,500 (likely performance-based or target-driven)
Working Hours & Days: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Job:
We are looking for a smart and hardworking Office Assistant with Tele calling skills. This role involves office work, talking to customers, supporting marketing activities, and handling some basic finance tasks. If you are organized, good at talking to people, and eager to learn, this job is for you!

What You Will Do:
✅ Office Work: Manage files, data entry, and emails.
✅ Tele calling: Call customers, follow up on inquiries, and maintain good relations.
✅ Marketing Support: Help with social media, in-out-Call promotions, and campaigns.
✅ Basic Financial Support: Assist in budgeting and simple finance-related work.
✅ Team Work: Support different departments B2B and coordinate tasks.

What You Need:
✔ 12th pass or graduate (Any stream)
✔ Good speaking & writing skills (Hindi & Basic English)
✔ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) & Google apps
✔ Friendly and professional on phone calls
✔ Eager to learn about marketing and finance
