Role Description

• Maintaining Sheets: Responsible for maintaining various important Google sheets related to accounts, daily working, expenses, master client sheets, link sheets etc.
• Invoices, Receipts & Links: Responsible for sending invoices & links to clients, payment receipts to vendors etc.
• Payment Collection & Disbursements: Responsible for collecting payments from clients through different modes of payment and also responsible for payment of daily working expenses in co-ordination with Branch Head.
• Co-ordination: Responsible for coordination with Branch Head, Head office & vendors regarding maintaining various sheets & helping in daily operations of the branch.
• Client Servicing: Maintaining Proper formal relationship with clients and looking into timely delivery of the services to the clients.
• Data Entry: Maintaining Proper data of the clients.
• Reports: Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on time.
• Additional work might be given as well.
