Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Handle client's documentation and upload it on our system & official sites.
Coordinate with clients for document submission and application processing.
Update clients on their application status regularly.
Fill and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
Address client queries related to their applications and provide necessary solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to share application updates and ensure smooth processing.
