Backend Executive

Subject : Required Male or Female CRM in East Delhi :

FEMALE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE MARRIED FEMALE

• Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Collaborate with marketing/sales staff to develop a personalized approach to product sales and marketing.

• Contact clients via calls, emails to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.

• Handle the processing of all orders, Sampling, and Complaints with accuracy and follow-up in timeliness.

• Booking of Tickets for Sales Person, Via Train and Air.

• Do any other work which is assigned by the company.

Requirements :

• Basic knowledge of Book Keeping & Accountancy

• Email Communication

• Good Communication and Telephonic Skills

• Best practice in MS Office , Google Drive (Filter, Sorting, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, If condition, Arrayformula, Sum functions, Count functions, GOOGLE FORM, GOOGLE DOC, )

• Quick learner

Full-time Salary : Salary :- Rs. 15000 to 240000

Experience : minimum 2 years old

Distance From office : Distance to office maximum 45 mins.

Timing : Timing 9:30am to 6: 30 pm ,

Monday is Week Off
