Collection Executive

Follow-ups with the clients regarding payments, From the Accounts department invoice will be send. collection executives need to call inform the payment related.

will be Monday to Friday 09:30AM to 06:30PM

1st and 3rd Saturday 09:30AM to 02:00PM

2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday.

(Only morning Shift 09:30AM to 06:30PM)

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Generate 2 meetings on daily basis and assign sales executive for meetings.

• Maintain call and data entry accuracy levels between levels of 95% or better.

• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.

• ·         Good process management skills

  ·         Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

  ·         Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.

Education and Experience

• 12th Grade Pass or Fresh Graduate Or

• 1-year experience in Telesales/ Telemarketing/Direct Sales / Customer Engagement process.
